Crime in Philadelphia

Well as everybody knows there is a lot of crime in Phiadelphia, so what are we gonna do about it? well so far a group of people are coming together to start a program in where teenagers can come together and be in a place where they come together and be safe. because a lot of kids are being killed because they are at the wrong places at the wrong time. And i want to know where are this kids getting these guns from?

Loo - this is right question, where D guns coming from? , I guess from gun makers because within the seven first day was not mentioned God creat guns niether do guns falls heavens like manners .
