What decade is the best? (Your Opinion)

I think the 60s is the best decade...why cause the music was so cool, In the 60s music was very big. Elvis, James Brown, The Temptations, Jim Hendrix, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys to name a few where some of the people that topped the charts. The 60s started the baby boom, the use of skateboards, Barbie dolls, G. I. Joe’s, and more. The 60s started the crew cuts and bouffant hairstyles. Go-go boots, peasant and big afros. Audrey Hepburn and others started the film and TV. The Flintstones and many more.

IMO, this decade is the best
I know we're all full of trouble everywhere and could do very well with a bit more peace, but I like this decade because I think it's an optimistic beginning for this century. People are realising many things that are leading them to take action and we are going through a re-structuration(???) of society that, in my opinion, will probably make things a bit more fair for many social groups.

My answer will spin not decades but centuries.
If by best you mean the most "fruitful" or the most "productive" than i guess we have to differentiate several cases (in my view):
1) Idea-wise, Greece during its golden age and especially under Pericles, 5th century BC ( births of tragedies, commedies, popularization of schools, democratization of Greece, etc,etc.).
2) Art-wise, Italy 14-16 centuries (paintings and sculptures).
3) Technology-wise, England 17-18 centuries and the USA starting from 1989 (release of first "normal" Windows).
4) Culture-wise, Sumer 27-23 centuries BC, Egypt 24-22 centuries BC.
