IS THE MDG's MAKING A HEAD WAY IN AFRICA

From 2000, all African countries are making a lot of noise about MDG'S, Six years down the line is there any inprovement. The Issue of malaria HIV/AIDS and other related disease is in the increse day by day, Child motality and Enviromental issues, Education, gender are a majoe problem in Africa and it continues to increase day by day. So are we achieving it.
There is another side of this MDG's that I have been thinking of, is Disable peolpe or persons, Please I stand to be corrected in any way, Do the MDG'S address and talks about this people. Any way let me rest and see what you have.
