Well i think the government in my country is really doing things that is really helping to reduse the rate at which the Hiv/Aids is spreading.
It must be well noted that its not only the government that is really working but also some non-govrnmental organisations and are also doing their best in helping to reduce and to curb this deadly disease.it is also heartworming and refreshing to know that for the past few years efforts were made to reduce the prevalence and this has reduced drastically.
Some of the programmes that were being put in place is the encouragement of free voluntary testing so as to know their Hiv status.another one is the increament in the advert being placed on both the print and the electronic media on the deadly Hiv/Aids virus

In kenya where i'm from, the rate has decreased because of increased awareness. This was achieved by a lot of TV ads targetting the youth and a lot of intensive campaign. There's also the popular VCT clinic-which basically does H.I.V tests and counselling and it's all confidential. What will increase the rate however, is all the casual sex going on overseas in "the west" ,the U.S, U.K e.t.c. Once a small percentage of the population is infected it spreads like wildfire and who's to say it's not doing so already. I guess the entire world needs to get educated once n for all so that we don't keep going round in circles. :
