This is an interesting conversation starter but who knows of ALD and what you think it is and how it is started? I am not toying with you and i know what it is but not many people do. I just want to see what kind of results play out!

ALD occurs when the myelin sheath around the axons of the nerve cells of the brain degenerate and this allows nerve impulses to jump from one neuron to surrounding neurons..This causes a kind of short circuiting of the brain and its functions..Thus resulting in a progressive degeneration of abilities..Unfortunately..this results in coma..and if untreated..death. To treat this disease..a diet high in the fat needed to maintain the myelin..This disease affects 1 in a 100000 boys..*

Good research people. I am so inclined to talk about this disease because i knew someone, a little boy who i taught, and he was diagnosed at age 3 with ALD and died at 4 and a half. Sometimes no one knows its there and people don't realize how important it is to discuss this kind of stuff! My point of this was to see who actually knew about this disease and what people would think of this disease and how they can help. There is an amazing movie called Lorenzo's Oil, it is about Lorenzo Odeone who is diagnosed with ALD and is not projected to live that long but his mother and father fight for his life and for all ALD boys!
