i was in a cab, or as we call it in Lebanon, "service". it's a similar concept of taxi, but the car can stop to pick up 4 or 5 people if they happen to go in the same way.
the driver starts to ask strange questions such as: " do you have any friends that work in party entertainment?" after several enquiring questions i asked him to get what he meant, i understood he works for a saudi arabian man "one of the rich people who come to lebanon to satisfy their lust". this man needed a couple of girls to entertain the birthday party he's having, and to stay for the night. "it's good money" he says. then he goes that he needs "clean girls"
First, i was devastated. the stupid small brained driver assumed that i, a college student, should be in a an environment that is ok with those jobs.
Second, important gulf businessmen come to lebanon to enjoy sexual activity. as far as they know, any lebanese girl is available for sexual enjoyment...
we care about our economy and we really want to attract toursists, because we are a country of design, beauty and uniqueness... bass does it have to go to the extent of distorting the lebanese women identity?

This goes to show how women are still viewed as a sex toy.Shameful that too when Prophet Mohmmmad gave so many rights to women.
Here i would like to something.Certain coservative sections in India feel if a women dress in western outfits then she is of loose character.In lower strata ,wearing a jeans invities lewd remarks by males.
