Now a days everyone so much busy in thier own world which some times give impression that people walking on the path which lead to the selfishness. Time really take everyone one away from thinking for others. Now one should take step to come forward to think for the humanity and perserve the human values which really day by day going out from our hands. lets stop to be limited towards self. Now its prime time to think, work and take step to secure human values other wise a day come when we have nothing but empty hands. Plz get up....................

How do you propose to preserve human values?

For us to secure Human Rights Values, we have tostart with ourselves. On every corner of every street you can make a change, maybe its 'little' but at the end of the day it is a change. You will feel better once you start with the person you are.

Have you read any of Jared Diamond's work? He talks about re-evaluating our core values to ensure that our world does not undergo a global collapse.
At the surface, I would have to agree with him.
What i mean by that is, I haven't had time to go through his book Collapse! in depth yet, so cannot say whether or not I wholeheartedly agree with what he is saying.

We can strart reserving such values by doing small excercises everyday untill it gets really deep in us and one of our daily improtant actions to be done. I don't know exactly what, but I have few examples:
- to make calls for relatives (not necessarily all) to say hi and to check if they need help.
-I'm sure there are some people in need for money,...ect. Make a group to give a hand to those people.
-If you are in a group, it is really good to encourage each other to start to secure some human values. Today, I heard one of my friend's dady died. So, one friend sent us sms to visit this person collectively and she assigned a time and a place to meet. This encouraged me a lot and made me committed to do it.
May be thsoe ideas are able to give other inspirations! **

You are sooo right; people ARE very disconected from others. Our society unfortunately is such, that it does not allow for much time to reach out. It is a vicious cycle. u Sadly, unless someone realizes the true human capacity for empathy and sharing, and begins projecting it onto our social construct;not much will change. However, on a more positive note, I believe that there are many of of us out there, who still do care, and are doing there best to compensate for the ones who just don't see it. Don't lose faith; things are happening out there!
