American youth's social responsibility
September 24, 2006 - 06:40 PM

I think that American youth do have a place in achieving the MDGs, but as we are now, too many of us are socially apathetic. For those of us who realize that we are responsible for what happens today because we will feel it tomorrow, I think it's important that we try to change the way our peers see the world in order to make a difference. Though many of us want to reach the MDGs, many more don't even know what they are.
If we want to see America's youth actually push the MDGs, we have to push eachother. So that means speak up. What can random people like me do to create buzz?
