Suggestions for TIG Blogs

Hey, I think the TIG Blogs are terrific! It has become my best tool for getting the word out there. Here are my ideas (please feel free to poke holes in them if you want):
1. Video Posting: A suggestion is that maybe we should be able to post a video in your blog, but maybe it should be approoved by a blog moderator or something.
2. Photo Post: Another Idea is that for the photo posting, we should have the privalege to have some sort of slide show or a blog entry with numerous photos, not just one.
Again, please tell me your ideas. Thanks!

Another suggestion: Why don't you put a 'HOME' link to blog pages on top near 'LOGOUT'? When I read a blog and when I would like to turn back home, I just open that person's profile and then go to home page.
Or is it there to go to homepage directly and I didn't notice?  (:

The word limit for this Blog is of 400 characters.
Now can we implement the mechanism of displaying the word count as we compose in the 'post' textbox.
I have seen it implemented in many blogs and forums.
