isnt it high time we start calling ourselves devoping world than the term 'third world,. i believe we should use the phrase developing world in all our discussions. Generally the deveoped world gives first the disease free and then the cure at a cost. They will support any war for free but please do buy the weapons. The D.W should start restrict the receipt of grants and aids from such countries. They should aim at generating the revenue and infrastructure for developmet internally. Population though often projected as a problem is also a gift. There are countries which do not have enough labourers to work. A time will come when labour along with water will be the main export commodity of the D.W. countries. A country with 100 million population has 100 million heads to think and 200 million hands to work. The country should aim at increasing the efficacy and productivity of the brain , mind and body. If the country can motivate these people to vouluntaril; donate 1$ for developmet they have 100 million dollars for deveopment. ALL D.W countries should form Self help groups and train them to increase the productivity and committment.
