Corruption The way forward.. A new leadership model...

The excelency of government is proven and manifest in the ability of a leader to implement decisions and resolutions without the posible use of force. Neither democracy nor deplomacy have ensured this.
We need a new focus.. which to me is a model of leadership that leads by example and not by force or craftiness.
This is the model of leadership that can unite and harmonise. Leading the nations by example and not by dectating values which you yourselve have not assimiliated.
i appeal to the global comminity of youths to adopt this leadership paradigm of leading others by example. If u be the change u will soon see the change.
Taking lead to meet needs is what characterises good leadership.
To bring corrupt leaders to book we have to appeal to conscience. U can only pamper iron with oil. they all have a conscience just that no one has made them to realise it is still alive. They think leaders don`t reap what they sow. The reward to me is evident ...wars , famine, hate , prejudice etc
What we get back form society is what we ourselves have put in .. how corupt are u who wants to track down corrupt officials. there is no change in making statements. There is great change and gain when u be the change.
The old order shall change, so that we the new generation can have a chance to fulfil ourselves. But the change will be compromise when we follow the old and destructive model.......Stepehn N Asek.

A friend form the World Bank asked me a question ; he wanted to know the causes of coruption and i replied him thus..HI, principally, there are cause for corruption, first of which is that corruption is not the problem .. we are focusing our attention on abstract or mirage, corruption is a sysptom of a problem...corruption, poverty, crime etc are all sysptoms of the mal function of a system...why are systems as such
1..the leadership ideology
the current leadership ideology is to make wealth and ean fame and not to lead the masses to meet their needs
2...the leadership has to run on a model of leading by example and not by might ,politics or craftiness
3...Absence of a moral definition in social operations
4..lack of an understanding that greed is the greatest crime against humanity, not human rights, terrorism etc. greed is a serious tsunami to be pursued and wared against...
5..poor educational orientation, kids have to be made to know at all levels of learning that education is not the ability to professionalize nor is it the ability to convince..simply put it is the ability of a literate man to distincguish between good and evil and to choose the good.
These are the causes.
