Hello people!
Among my other many disadventages, I like cooking.
what do you think about sharing some ideas/recipes of YOUR own national cuisines? . By that we can learn a lot about each other, about the culture and roots. (I'll gather some recipes of Israeli foods next days).
What do you think?
Bon appetite!

Hi Igor,
Last year, we had a whole month on TIG dedicated to food and many members contributed recipes.
See this link.

Thanks for the link, Ajay!
I love trying out different cuisines but unfortunately don't have time to cook everyday. I'm learning more about Japanese cuisine and could share some easy recipes for those interested.
I think the next cuisine I'd like to learn is Persian - stuff like fesenjaan etc. Yum!
