Looking for Volunteers to run Telecentre in Africa

Hello,
Im looking for youth and adults entrepreneurs, businesses, schools, and citizens who are interested in helping running a micro or mini Telecentre in Africa.
Seeking all individuals, youths and adults. who can commit to teaching younger children how to use computers and assist with school work using computers.
I will also be needing some one to manage this telecentre. Help in obtaining funds for telecentre. This person must live in Africa.
Please help to Build A Better Future by assisting in equall education for all.
By education our young women, men and children we will be providing a way of sustainable living conditions which in turn can elevate many problems faced.
How you may ask? The facts
The benefits will help families income rise with their education level, will aid in providing healthier living conditions and healthier lifestyles, will provide for greater economic productivity, lower disease rates, better child survival and increased political participation. The benefits can also provide reduced HIV risk, particularly for girls and women as education rates and levels rise, fertility rates decline, and life expectancies for both women and children rise.

A noble idea indeed. I live in Africa and has first-hand, hands on experience and details on the situations on the ground here. Am glad to volunteer to generate, operate and necessitate all that apertains to this in Kenya,
Probably any particular ideas on how you need it is welcome
