I saw this one somewhere around and copy here for ya
Clinton's record affecting (and in some situations causing) today's problems:
After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and
injured 39 U.S. sailors, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
Clinton never followed through on any of these promises.
Al Gore did not have the faculties or the advisors to make good on these promises.
Maybe, if Clinton had kept his promises an estimated 3,000 -THREE THOUSAND - people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now DEAD would be alive today.
As seen, Al Gore was in affiliation with Clinton and Clinton could have been his mentor.One of my American teachers frankly says in any US election, they vote for whom they perceive is the lesser of evils.

Your probably right, but on the other hand the countless individuals who don't have American identification who have already died in this "war on terrorism" would still die. I don't claim to be an expert on American Politics, just a regular guy living in a world dominated by their manupulating powers.
But isn't this person stating that if Clinton had bombed the hell out of every third world country while he had the chance then Sept. 11th would nver of happened. In my opinion this statement is stated with a lot of foresight, brutality and simply I don't believe there is a person alive who could of accomplished this even if they were to overcome the moral issue. Could anyone have explained the need for America to engage in war after war in the middle East, inflicteing 100s of times the casualties that they themselves suffered, without using Sept 11th as a steping stone? (Also have we truely seen yet that attacking Bin Laden's group has taken away their ability to inflict massive casualties on their enemies (us))
Are we even certain that world can survive the instablity in the world that has been increasing since Sept 11th.
"Never followed through", What does this mean? Does mean that he never sent an army after them, or does it mean that he never struck at strategic targets and had the CIA gather intelligance.
Supposedly Clinton's reaction to the Sept 11th attacks were (quoting from memory) "Bin Laden did this.", when asked why he thought that he later replied. He's the only one who could. It doesn't seem to me as if Bin Laden had left Clintons mind.
On the other hand I believe that we have forgotten what war is, and it disgust me. Every Collin, Dick and George out there is using the word as if its cotton Candy. Lets go to war against Iraq, "military Strikes" some-god-forsaken place. We may not be fighting on the plains of Europe or harbours Hawaii, but the effect is the same if not worse on there lives a it would be on ours. I don't know if I can blame a man for not starting a war, he tried a different method. Did it work? Well it did while he was in office, but on the other hand we have 3000 dead faces instead of 20 000 faceless bodies.
.... hope that little rant made sense.
