Where are you - Latin Amercian Teams?

Where are Latin American Teams? Where are Argentina, Mexico, and the best team of the world-2002 - BRRRRRRRRRAZZZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIL?!
In my opinion the European final of this World Cup is not totally fair as the referees seem to insist on. Ok, Brazil (the saddest moment of the championship for me :'( ) was defeated by France (How come? Have you seen the French team's play in the group! Brrr...) and this is a bad luck, but why all teams left are European ones? The match Argentina-Germany can answer this easy question: referees play their own games! It was the referee, but not the notorious Mr. Bad Luck or "It-was-one-of-those-days" trifle who won for the Germans! When will we have fair referees (being Russian myself, I'm also a bit confused about Valentin Ivanov, though he was disqualified)? And when will we enjoy not a referee-made football, but the best football of Latin America?!!!!
P.S. I'm ready to bet that the best match of the FIFA WC-2006 was Argentina-Mexico!
