Shaping a new society
June 30, 2006 - 10:14 PM

We control what is in our nature when we free our minds to ourselves,
when we stop beleiving the need for power and hate as being in our nature,
all there is left is peace, love, and Unity,
we must dismiss the ignorance that has been built into us for so long,
Shake the ladder and help crumble this hierarchy,
all the little things you can do will eventually add up,
the mind is an everchanging thing...it is never too late to start.

The reason we continue to have hierarchical society is because we are being brought up to accept that the mind is unchanging, though it is quite contrary, what we beleive is what reality is because we perceive reality through our minds. When we change our minds we change reality.

Paix, Love, Unita

"When we change our minds we change reality."

There is a strange relationship there, I wish I was good enough at math to express it. wink

The thing is -- we don't accept that the WORLD changes. Everything is always in motion, always changing. Organisms adapt in response to the change.

Humans have this absurd notion that we are not organisms, and thus don't need to adapt.

I don't think we actually change our minds, per se, we just allow ourselves to witness the changes happening around us - and the stimulus creates the response - which is adaptation, which we perceive as a conscious effort to change our minds.

Anyway, it would seem that we maintain a system of heirarchy so that we can remain shrouded in ignorance - and thus not adapt to reality. Seems messed up, doesn't it?
