Well, no one now says a word about employment.Because opportunites are not there?Seriously youngsters, this is not the fact.Why you all are not getting jobs at offices?Lots of questions, and lots of answers.
Reality is that companies are looking forward for the extreme applicants now.Every one looks for people who have the maximun potential in reaching their dreamland.We think we are the best, surely we are, but only among us.Its the education system & its quality has caused this employment crisis.When it change, things will be different.What we can do now is get somewhere, gain experience, fly somewhere.If you have the courage organise others, raise your voice, let others survive.

Education And The Future Goes Hand-In-Hand. You Can Never Separate Education From The Future, Never.
The Timeless Past Had Its Own Form Of Education That The Men Of Today May Never Think Is Real Education. Giving Your 5 Years Old Child, An Opportunity To Go Into Your Bedroom And Get Your Car Keys Is Almost The Same Form Of Education As When The Early Men In The Caves Of The Earth Tell Their Children To Get The Bones Of Animals From The Caves Tools Kit. Sending Kids On Errand Is A Form Of Education (Informal Education).
In The Future Mankind Will Have In Place The Form Of Education That Will Humble The Pride Of Modern Days Education Experts And Administrators.
Inside Every Hourly Future You Have New Forms Of Education.

Value based education is necessary !!

I appreciate your view in the concept of education.
Education is undergoing a progression from traditional curricula to innovative and interactive learning.Here is a look at Indian value based education.......
The study of moral and ethical values that make us a perfect man is Value Based Education. We never paid attention to value based education though we have been learning through a number of books all these years. Recently it was introduced in the morning assembly. It gives us a good feeling when we see our own friends presenting before us the values from the lives of saints & other great men. To cite an example we were made to know the simple living of Mahatma Gandhi & Eshwar Chandra Vidyasagar. We could understand that our silk robes are deceptive but only a noble heart opens our inward eye. It also teaches us that work is worship and self-help is best help. Many such values are presented in our Morning Assembly that would open our minds to lead a worthy life.
So education should be the process of man making, it should have the power to understand ourself, should contain the knowledge for understanding others .Harmony with education..
