What are main retrictions for Asian people to study English? And also, what must we do to fix that problem due to the fact that the global trend is becoming increasingly popular on any communication means really attracts everyone

People from all areas face challenges when learning English, tungvp. Like any language, it takes a lot of sustained effort
over a long period of time. However, anyone can do it; and as you said, it is attractive in the global market.
By the way, here is a free online resource for learning English from the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation).

I dont think there is any legal restriction to learn english!
Basically it is up to every person, willing to increase his/her value in job or other "markets", to learn the current lingua franca of the world!
As Jon said, learning english is a challenge for someone whose native language isnt english! But if it is of any consolation, english, in its current form, is in general way easier than french, german, russian or any other Indo-European language besides italian and spanish languages.. It is also supposedly easier then many languages of other language families such as turkish, arabic, hindi, japanese, chinese, etc.

Very true cindyh, many people are trying to learn a variety of important world languages including Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French and Portuguese.
