Team building is a very neccesary concept of organisational management.A team involves lot of people of different backgrounds , different vison sand missions for the team, with different experiences and organisational management skills. It depends on who is leading to access individuals and be able to coherse their different character into a team character.
the following can be helpful in team building: forming ,storming , norming , and achieving.
FORMING: this is time it takes to assembly people for a team
STORMING: this is the time the team uses together on issues
NORMING: this is the team character being exhibited by the team as a whole irrespective of individuals
ACHIEVING:this is the time team achieve as a team

i believe the most imp thing about forming a team is that everyone knows what role does he play..
I mean the leader should have the skills and the abilities to drive his group and the members should have jobs that they are sure they can do in a very best way on the right time..
Teamwork is the word here

good leaders

hiiiiiii
i really think you are right shimaa, the team leader should know the qualifications of each member , and give the task to the right man , cause this is important to ( put the minumum input and get the maximum output), and also i think he should be able to control all the work , and the team and coordinate the work between the different members, also i think he should be very freindly so all his team love him so this will facilitate all the work, he should be diplomatic and tempered
and i hered a word one day i really don't think it is true wnough but it saies that the good maneger is the one who cotrole every thing done in the work and let others do the work withot puting a single hand in it, with i think destroies the value of the work, i think if we worked in ine team together and if the team leader, gave just small time to every one he will get more output than he ever expected, this is the (value of work).
they should all be (all for one ,and one for all)
do u think i am a good leader shimaa

My comment here is coming from a believe in the role of youth and my comment in building trust among young people as this is an essenatial among team work and also must be gained by the youth leaders, here are the words of Dr. Ismail Seradgeldin about TRUST
Building trust is about living your values, being true to your beliefs and acting on them. The cynics and naysayers are wrong. There is much good in the human spirit and it tends to be called out by those who are honest with themselves and therefore with others.
Yours will be a better world my friends. It will require a lot of hard work, but I believe in you, the youth of this world, because
in the nobility of your spirit,
in the exuberance of your youth,
in the unsullied idealism that you possess,
in the dedication to our common humanity that you bring
I find the hope of mastering the challenges of today and of building better tomorrows.
Ismail Serageldin
if we as youth could achieve that I think we will be capable to build a very successful teamwork with a very promising leaders.

do u feel that they really love you?
can you really touch the output?
do u deal with them with afriendly way?
r there any proplems between ur team memebers?
do u know it?
can u solve it in afriendly way?
cab you feel that everyone is having arole?
r there anyone whom u think that he is some how alone?
do u know y?
can you deal with this?
do u feel that they r obeying what r u saying?
the percentage of obeying your rules
do u try improve the fellowship between the team members?

team building

Most of you touched very good points like a family, knowing each other and many more other. I am not convinced with the world diplomatic. Please don't inculcate politics in such a nice feeling of being together in a team. The team leader should be honest and not diplomatic. He must have the capacity to better understand the strengths and the weaknesses of the team member. See, the ultimate goal is to achieve the set goal in a most efficient manner. The most important thing is the coordination and cooperation among the team members.
Another thing is that one should not interfere in all the operations. As everybody is not master in every thing. A good financial manager could not be a good marketing manager. So let the guy should perform his or her best in the specialized field. It is as simple as the game of the football. A forward player is not a good defender and vise versa. So recognize the strength of the individual and use his/her best potential. This is the where the vision of a leader lies.

Hello!
I’m Alex from Romania and I am very interested about this subject. This concept is very new here and nobody knows very well how to solve this problem.
I had and have some experience in this area, trying to consolidate some team. I made a lot of games that involve the whole team, but I must recognize I’m very good at feedback part. Can you give me some tips?

I believe a good leader should gather the right people around him, the ones he trusts. He should then know them well enough to give them assignments with which they can cope. That is how he can get the best out of his team with the least work.
