Thanks for the response Hugh.

I was not informed about the prize initially as I wasnt sure if I'd be receiving any. Later I asked one of the staff involved in the Global Gallery section and I was told that I should be receiving the reward soon. Its been months and I haven't heard anything about it from anyone at all.

Sorry if I sound demanding, cause I am not demanding the reward.I just feel like I've been lied. I would not worry about the prize package at all. I'm glad enough to be able to expose my artworks through Global Gallery. I wouldnt ask anymore than that. But as I was adviced that's I'll be receiving a prize package and so I've been hopefull ever since. Hopefully there's some explanations behind it. Cheers.

If you won, you should have been contacted directly by now about shipment of the prize to you.

Could you check to ensure that you're email address is correct in your profile?

Check it here: http://www.takingitglobal.org/members/editprofile.html (found under the contact section)

If so, can you also check your junk folder in your email? We've had problems with that domain before, so that could be the source of the miscommunication here.

If none of those are solutions, then please email gallery@takingitglobal.org and someone who works directly with the contests will be able to asssit you directly.

Please post here again if you have any other problems with this smile

I would suggest that you email gallery@takingitglobal.org for more help.

They would be better able to help you with this now that I know it was actually sent, or at least that is what you were told. Depending on where it was shipped to, it could take upwards of a month to arrive.

If they don't get back to you, let me know! smile

Well..its been more than a week since I sent an email to the address provided, i.e. gallery@takingitglobal.org...no response so far. That is exactly what happened before and so I posted my queries here looking for some answers. I guess silence is the asnwer I get...and I take it as my reward..thank you very much.

Thanks for the effort..but I have not received no mails...I wonder why...I've been receiving mails everytime someone responds to this post...and its the same email address...what a mystery !?

Anyways...I've received the prize package already. So, I guess its all fine. Thanks for the help Hugh, very much appreciated.
