it is imperative to note that youth place too much empasis on the academic work than there individual development. they dont really realise that there personality in life depends on what they can do themselves put their hand sinto and be successful.
of what benefit can an idea without prospect for achieving it be useful to us?
what is the societal acceptance of a person with low personality?

a man with so many degrees but can generate tangible ideas will be irrelevant to the society

to what extent can individual inviolvement help in our empowerment

hi there i would just like to enlighten you on the situation in my country, the academic system is world standard(usually) but there is high unemployment and the curriculum itself is streamlined that is it is designed to chun out academics and nothing else. The biggest challenge is that entrance into Universities and colleges is such a challenge that failure is more often traumatic than just failure........now the solution lies in alternative mind frames from policy makers to family support systems which are critical in determining the career we choose. How best to you think these alternatives can be exhumed?
