Model UN in Vietnam - Help needed!!!

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to set up a Model UN club in Vietnam. However, as I have very little experience of club organization and have known about Model UN only recently, I need your help, as much as possible. My plan is as follows:
1. Do some research on Model UN (I'm currently doing this)+ Translate Model UN guidelines into Vietnamese
2. Spread the idea of Model UN in Vietnam on the web (TIG, VOY and some Vietnamese youth forums) and in schools.
3. Find sponsorship and adult mentors.
4. Open the club.
I know there are many Vietnamese young people who have a lot of leadership and volunteer experiences. So, please help me. I think Vietnamese youths really need a Model UN club where they can discuss world issues together and enrich their knowledge of different cultures.
