How can I start Audio Tower?

Dear All
In nepal ,I think you know, due to the feburary 2nd's kings movement all sector has been going in poor condition. Now the press fredoom has been violated by the government and Maoist rebal. Peoples' rights of information has been ignored.As a being student of masss communicatin, i am doing different work for free press in Nepal. In such condition i'm planning to start a community Audio Tower to aware the people through it by giving them right information. I think until and unless the people don't know their rights , their rights will be violeted and ignored by the different sector.
I'm also working for the protection and priomotion of human right in grassroot level as Youth human rights activist.
I want to aware the people on Universal Declaration of Human rights and different Convention that has passed by the United Nation hrough the use of Media. It is why? You may ask. Beause media is the strong means of communication to dessimenate information on current sittuation of the country and the world.If they aware on that they will be able to ask for their rights to the government. And their rights will not be violeted.
At last, i want get some avourable advise and support from your site that how could i get success for this my mission?

Thank you for your message! I am sorry to hear about your situation and I agree with you that media can be a strong means of disseminating information about a country. Can you give provide more information about the Audio Tower commnity you wish to start? If you have some specific thoughts it would be great. Who will it involve? What information would you like it have? What type of technology would you like to use?
