I am wondering if you have done much research on what is already out there. Perhaps there are already sites out there that you could collaborate with, instead of starting from scratch.
How could TakingITGlobal develop to become the best youth portal available? Can you think of any tools or resources that it is lacking?

I think you understood me in another way. I am not directly concerned with creation of portal, but my responsibilities to make that it was functioned fully in translation,s and publication,s area. In this reason I need to create a group of youngsters, who keen on further translating in large amount of International languages or publishing their own articles. At first, there will function 7 European languages: English, Russian, German, Finnish, Estonian, Lettish and Lithuanian in future portal and it appears approximately in July.

A bit unrelated to the conversation at hand - but - I found it very interesting that the OP responded by saying
"I think you understood me in another way" instead of "You misunderstood me." At the end of the day, the two mean the same thing but one places blame while Aleksandrus' statement gives credence to the response while clarifying his own statement. Great use of non-confrontational language!
