I am sure you have heard Te Tarakai newsletter circulated by the Betio Fishermen Association Inc (BFA). It was registered as one of the newspapers on the 1st July 2005. It was weekly release. It is in English and Kiribati. You pay for 80 cents Australian, excluding postage and handling.
