Salma86, yes I still consider teaching 260 student is a miracle !!!
And it's very difficult in many ways:
In college they teach to adult and adults know why they came and what they want, while in schools, student forced to come to school , mostly, and they even don't stay calm to listen.
In college, there is only the tearms exam, and not only the doctor who make the correction, but in school we are committed to do daily correction, and you know what? Every student has two books and two notebooks, which make me have to correct more than 1000 each day. And of course I still have to teach them !!!

If u mean that students in college are calm or want to learn or even know what they want , ur worng ,
u know ,amongst those thousends whom i talked about , a very few number of them hear the Prophesr and respond with him, the rest , keep talking hearing the radio or even eating,and it's soo diffecult to shut them up, maybe the Pro. just keep in giving the lecture whithear some one is hearing him or not, and then he go, but still students in our college are exactly the same as a grade one students.
and i agree with u about the exam thing.

Over the years ,teachers used to work with thousends of setudents,it's diffecult but they have no choice, every year the number of the students increas,and so the teachers and professers.students themslves used to deal with crowd.
and we usualy have the exams in many huge halls each hall consist of hundreds of students and so on....
big deal huh

well, I m finding these figures unreal. I was just going to write about the sad state of education in my country- INDIA but looks like I need to check on the affairs in comparison with the other countries. Well, I m doing post graduation in LAW and my faculty has 35 students divided into two groups- business law and criminal law. so that makes us only 17 in one class!
guys I want to know about ur education systems please! how do you give examz and how long do they take to correct so many papers of one class@?@@
