Foster Parents Plan is part of Plan, an international, humanitarian, child-centred development organization without religious, political or governmental affiliations.
The Foster Parent's Plan Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a group of youth from across Canada taking action to promote international development issues, child-centred development, and children's rights issues. The current focus of the YAC is HIV/AIDS and how it affects youth in Africa. The Council is working to raise awareness and knowledge of this important issue among youth.
The Youth Advisory Council is currently recruiting new members aged 14-20. You are invited to apply for membership! For more information about the council and membership visit:
