Dismantling the Culture of Silence

It has now become somewhat traditional to see things and keep mute, afterall we all prove not to be concerned. But most often than not we are proved wrong but then it would have become rather late to act even where cation is still possible.
Some of these circumstances include Extravagancy. Well some people have argued that we call it luxury living instead, their arguement I know not though.
Do you know that this habit encourages mismanagement and throws public decency to dogs? Do you know too that social morality is often jeopadised in the interest of self satisfaction especially at the expense of fellow humans?
Something needs to be done urgently to address this.
Certainly, I know we should discorage that stupid culture of Silence and imbibe the confidence to advice these people to be prudent even if for their selfish interest alone and not lure others into this unholy lifestyle.
