'Is it religion or goodness' why did you change it?

Would someone please tell me why the thread i started as 'Is it religion or goodness' was changed to 'Religion is an instrument to develop goodnes'
I had a reason for choosing the title and would not want it changed at this point in time when discussion is really getting hot. Let people say their mind, what they feel about religion and goodness but not driving into them that religion is an instrument to develop goodness. I am not comfortable with your new title.

It is because when someone writing a post in a thread puts a title on their post, the title of their post often becomes the title of the thread. It would be best to ask the people at TIG to fix it. I don't think it is supposed to happen, but it has always been like that.

Thanks a million for that piece of information, bitsy. Now i wont bother my head knowing the problem has always been there and they are not willing to fix it. But it sure does not make a sense

You're welcome. I think they are willing to fix it, and I thought I read in a discussion thread about bugs in the new TIG version that they thought they had fixed it in the new TIG, but as you see, it has not been fixed. I keep hoping one of the TIG people will see it that it has not been fixed and fix it...or that someone will contact them directly and tell them it has not been fixed and ask them to fix it.

Sure they are willing to fix it, but you might need to know that TIG developers are the ones who write the code for the discussion boards, they dont get it ready and just run it.

We have actually been leaving discussion boards alone in terms of bugs as we will be re-writing them in the new year. They are currently extremely difficult to edit so we are just leaving them alone for now.
I am sorry that this still happens, but we look to fix this all soon!

But where is the original doscussion message anyway? And i dont understand the title of the thread "religion or goodness", it is so categorical, suggesting this-or-that thinking thinking.
Anyway, i will wait for someone to rpovide me with the link to the new and old title as well as the whole story, in order to respond.
