[Poll] NEPAD: where are we?

Announced like a second breath to give again colors in Africa in evil of development, it is quite legitimate for us to ask where is the NEPAD as for the achievement of the objectives which it had laid down!
The design of the nepad finds its base from the point of view that this one makes it possible the continent to face the current challenges which are a brake with the development; it acts inter alia increase in poverty, underdevelopment and especially, marginalisation whose the continent is victim! Do you think that the nepad is answers, a solution with all these problems to which Africa faces today?
Aren't we in right, us young, to ask to us whether it is good voice in the achievement of its objectives?
Concretely, where are we?
