What Is The End Of This Style In Our Higher Learning Institutions?

It is really terrible to hear and see upto now Independent African countries experiencing boycotts and demonstration in Higher Learning Institution.This style ofcourse should have ended with the Era of Colonialism.I say this because at that time community rights were not give freely until then any means used by the oppressed ones.And these were boycotts and strikes.
At that time it was not only that they opposed the system but also they were demanding their Basic rights.So now It's wonderful for some of countries including the peaceful(Tanzania )still appriciates this system of Demanding community basic rights.
This happened recentlty in Tanzania;students had spent more than two weeks without Meal and Accommodation Allowance,Their Demand of stationary and Books Allowance.Funny enough the government which is responsible for this,knew in advance the date of commencement of studies but had not taken reasonable steps to ensure that these students are sustained with their needs.
As a result enforced the student government at University of Dar es Salaam to Boycott for two Days before their Demands were met in time. Now we should ask ourselves Why did the Ministry concern wait until they boycot!!,and it was at an apex to strike.
Though they know in advance that there more than this burning issue that recentlly resulted to boycott,I wonder still the wait untill erupts strike or demonstration as most of University students prefer inoder to vow their rights to the community .But until When? Are our leadedrs open-eyed or They prefer this style?!!!!
