some1onearth, our Regional Boards are currently organised by continent (ie. Africa, Europe, etc.) and not be country (ie. Nigeria, Bolivia, etc.).

Also, the language specified discussion boards are for the languages that TIG's website is translated to: French, spanish, Russian and Arabic.

on-line discussion board?

thank you for the respons,
how about one other question ? "why don't we make an on-line discussion board?" i mean, there's already discussion boards but we usually got replies or comments long time after,and that reduce the effectivity of discussion, i think it will be better if we can discuss and get responses right away.
and that also can make a good connection between the members to know each other better anyway.
