Help With Our Emotions!!!!!!

Do nagative emotions at time seem to take over your life? Do you easily become upset, angry, or forstrated? Do anxieties of life tend to overwhelm you? What will help?
Emotions reactions are part and parcel of human experance . Whaen properly controlled , They add spice to life.Our knowin, though, that "mere oppression may make a wise one act crazy."In a world where accidents are too common , who is not affected emotionally by what happens arround him/her? However we may use our instanct and our ability of human to over come some emotional fellins that may led us to making wrong decissions.
Taking protical actions measure often alleviates the intensity of our negative emotions.For example whaen we feel anxious over matters that we have no control over, is not better to change our routine or environment rather then occupy our mind with worry? Taking a leasurely wald, listening to music, enguage in some vigorous exercises that wipe away those natetive emotions.
The best way to work out negative emotions is by know that "everybody can't be like your whish".
So tried to coup with with those satuations that will make you have bad feelings.
