Earphones- connect you with deafness

Power of the sound waves is measured by decibels (db). According to the standards of World Health Organization (WHO) sounds which go beyond 85 decibels are very harmful to your ears. But according to the latest researches earphone users listen to very powerful sound waves which reach about 120 decibels.( A noisy urban area has only 70 db) The results of the research done by European commission ;
1. 10 million Europeans have become permanently deaf due to continuous usage of earphones.
2. Every one of two earphone users are already having ear defects.
3. It shows that if someone goes on using eit for 5 years (one hour a day) he/she would become completely hard of hearing.
So now you see that his is something serious. And not only Europeans we also have the same threat, therefore this must be taken into consideration. Don’t you think so?
