why in some part of the world, the using of technology is still be something rarely and not interesting, even many people just avoid them self from technology.
in developing countries where there still numerous problem have to be solved, including povertiness, whereas technology is always been analogised with something sophisticated nowadays, in some country they prefer doin their activities with traditional way than by using technology.
many reason from many aspects have caused this, including the matter of edutaion, and social condition.
