Errors in member search

A couple of quick ones (hopefully):
1) The search engine does not appear to be returning correct results if you combine a category and a region. For example, "Africa" and "GLBT Rights" returns an extensive list. But, if you click on any of the names and go to the member profile, most have no interests indicated in their profile whatsoever.
2) Member search results show the first 25 results. But, when you click on "view all" at the bottom, it takes you to a screen with NO results rather than all...

The first problem still seems a bit off... I just tried Central America and LGBT (since I know it's a small category). The first results screen gave me a ton... but when I clicked "View All", it gave me 4 results (which I believe to be correct).
And in the general "wish list" realm, it would be really nice someday if these results were sorted according to member activity regarding the topic area. It would be great, for instance, to be able to quickly search and identify the most active TIG members on HIV/AIDS...

Most regions look fixed... except Africa and Middle East/North Africa. Those two are still displaying too many results not actually coded to a category.

Can you try the same search again, Central America and GLBT Rights. I got 4 results, and no link to view more.
Also, the second issue, being able to sort by most active members is coming as well.

Hooray! It looks like it's almost there... the regions all work now as expected. But the "sort by" is still throwing off a couple of anomalies in the results.
This time, I tried "Canada" and "LGBT" to see how the results sorted. I found two things:
1) First three names (Craig, Selma and Stef) have an overall activity ranking of 0, so I know their names are not associated with any events, orgs, blogs, or discussions which are LGBT-related. After those three, it looks like the sorting algorithm is working correctly (giving me the list of people whose names I recognize from their postings on the subject).
2) When I click "View more", it loses the "sort by activity ranking" and reverts to alphabetical order. Can you help the search engine remember my preference and maintain it onto this next screen?
(Yaz, I suspect that you're going to be happier than anyone when Thumper is finally born and I stop having so much time to debug the site... grin)

We have very few bug-testers so far. And well, although we all have lots of stuff to do (when is that not the case here at tig anyway ;o) ), I rather know whats wrong, so dont worry... keep sending bugs my way!
