so sad
July 7, 2005 - 02:46 AM

I was watching the news today & its so sad, really sad.
First the London bombing then the slain of our Egyptian embasseder in Iraq and still the worse is yet to come!
Hope has been a really hard thing to cling to with all this nonsense going on.
I wish i had a far away island to live in or another planet.
The people responsible for this arent humans, and the so called Islamists in Iraq first aren't muslims bec Islam didnt give a green cards to kill anyone second they are a
disgrace to Islam.
Anyway i feel better letting this anger out.
GOD bless the dead & the living.

well Romaica i'm glad that you feel better after letting this anger out and i know exactly how you feel. However i do not think that even the remote island or the far planet will do. What can i say call me pesimestic but i did lose any hope of gettng rid of all the trouble that is caused by evil people.at the same time i still believe that one day all of this clouds will be gone to let the sun shine in for a future and better day to come. cheer up and try to transform all the negative feelings into action so they won't be wasted.

DeAr all,
Am also share everyone these feeling, god forgive his soul, also what happened in london is really sad.
But i think as we muslim we have the big role to do our best to clear this message...also there is too much enimies for this islam.
So let us take these events as a wheel for new life,,,there is a bright after the dark...so am daily got back to the history ,,muslims world was in more bad situations,,they got outof these daily.
Let us work every one from his/her place, hand to hand.
Salam

I agree with you all but another sad thing is that they are the people who are shown for the others ,i mean these specific people from the muslims who are doing such things are the one that shown to the puplic(wether they were muslims or not)that's why alot of them think that Islam is a bad religion and we have got to do something to make people see the truth ,the differences between the religion and the actions of some muslims .

Peace for all

Today I was watching the new and heared about some attacks on muslims centers in England and newzeland.
That's so bad really.
There was really one good thing I saw here on TIG DB that there are many members from TIG that really sees that what is going on is far from islam and real muslims.
This really made me happy.
I hate this people who give such bad reputation to Islam.
God Bless us!

An Addition

Thx batoola,
Also am agree, but i want to tell me and everyone, thats there is different between Islam as islam, ans Muslim who believe in islam...because Islam is away from any discussion thats clear.
Now if any one want to talk about muslim its ok,but either if those who did the operation muslims, thats not mean islam..because islam wouldnt say or said about killing ppl who didnt fight us in any kind.
So Islam hate killing, terrorism, any kind of immoral.
Peace

sadness
July 11, 2005 - 05:14 AM

My friend was in London at the time-luckily she wasn't hurt or anything and she said it was just really, really awful.

I think the extremists who do these things just give people as a whole a bad name. The perception of Islam as a religion has really kinda gone down-it's not seen as a very nice religion but I can see that it's just the actions of some which reflect on the whole which is, of course, really sad.

What happened in New Zeland is strange coming from a country that most people living in it are not natives but immigrants who despite different cultural background, religion and traditions live in harmony.
London police has warned people that there might be ethnic and religious attacks.
Its ironic how the West want the East to accept the other while they cant practice what they preach.
Many Egyptians hate what the USA is doing in Afganistan and Iraq but they never thought of attacking (physical or verbal) Americans or foreigners across Egpyt. They know that the US government isnt representing the American ppl. Now this is what i call tolerance.
ppl should know that these extremeists DONT represent Islam and Muslims.
Hope ppl will start to be more rational.
