G8 Summit an admission of policy failures

The G8 Summit is a clear admission of the failure of the World Bank and IMF policies in Africa and the Third World. Its an admission of guilt at poor socioeconomic policy frameworks, which have year in year out been shoved down the throats of the developing world nations to their detriment. Its time the developing world formulated policies suiting their economic situations.
