Hi everyone,
I run an organization called Five Minutes to Midnight, available at http://www.fiveminutestomidnight.org/ We are a youth-led project that promotes youth involvement in human rights and international issues through media analysis, and critical thinking. We focus on journalism (writing and photography).
We are currently planning to have a "travelling" photography exhibit. We will be publishing photographs online, but will also be going around university campuses in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada, though we hope to go national, if not international. We have volunteers and readers on every continent, so this is possible. We may even publish a book (we've publsihed before, so this is quite possible).
What I am looking for at this stage is photographs that show various forms of poverty (emotional, financial, in the developing world, industrial, etc.). All submitted photographs have the potential to be included, and all the work will be fully credited.
