It seems that members of the " Health & Wellness" Forum are quite healthy that no one seems to make, not even a short or brief comment on any of the Health Tips I keep feeding .. or perhaps they're taking Mark Twain's advise :
Be careful about reading health books (or Tips), You may die of a misprint.
I wish all the best of health...

I had a nice Kayak today on the Lake here in Toronto -- there's so many ways that people can stay healthy without it having to be a 'boring' treadmill-type workout. What other types of things do people do?

Trekking and mountain climbing are great and enjoyable ways to keep fit.
If you don't have too many mountains in your area, try long walks.
Sports is also an enjoyable way to keep fit. I love playing basketball and tennis. These sports are great calorie burners.

I believe Dancing is a fun way to stay healthy and fit!
Trekking and Camping out in the wilderness would come a close second.

Hi
Well personally Dance if you do enough of it is a fabulous way to tone your body without the boring video tapes. Aswell it's a way to express yourself through movement. Any type of physical activity like soccer, running, tennis are great. If you are a little lazier you could try swimming at a local pool and taking fun care free lessons. And believe it or not laugh a little and you can tone those abd I'm serious try it!
