Hi guys,
Some Nigerian friends of TIG are seeking help with the planning of their 1st ever youth organized conference, which is touted to be the biggest and most impacting youth event ever held in the country. We would like some advice on how to put this kind of thing together, support in all areas, and mentorship!

Hi Etomi,
Great to hear about your plan to organize a Conference in Nigeria for young people.
I guess you should try and set up an Organizing Committee at the national level.
2. Set up timeline & milestones of things to achieve & undertake on a monthly basis.
3. Lastly try and ensure the proper promotion, coordination, and planning of the event via adequate networking, strategy and tactics.
