THANKS DR.BADR , for these lessons and posts . They will certainly help non-arabic readers to gain knowlege of arabic language , at least to the extent of understanding it . I can well understand some of these arabic words in your very last post , as they are a part of my language as well . Nice effort !

Kaiser ! can you tell me something about Ave Futuria .

Learn from you all,
Sana

Assalamo Alaikom, Sister DrBadr

Do you follow Amr Khaled's program in Iqraa Satellie channel "Sunna3 Al-Haya" - meaning Makers of Life?. Most participants in this great program are from Egypt. The Arabic lessons for Muslims and non-Muslims are some of the suggested programs sumbitted by the participants. If you have not followed it already, then I highly recommend you to start watching it. There is a voting process to choose among projects in fields of Education, Agriculture, Science etc where millions of Arabs and Muslims can take part in. Please participate if you have not done it yet and distribute it among your family, relatives and friends:

Assalam-o-Aliukum DR.BADR !
I have gone through the first lesson . It was informative for me and have learnt it as well . Mom , I can read and write ARABIC 100 % and also have no difficulty in pronouncing any arabic word , But what I am lacking of , is its meaning .I can pressume meanings rightly only upto 10% . Apparently , it seems very unusual that any one can read , write & pronounce a language but rely on its translation for understanding it but it is the case with me and if I am not wrong , with most of the moslims here in sub-continent .It will be my pleasure if you will again explain me these word's meanings ( I am not sure if I can make these arabic words clear to you by writing them in english but let me try. They are from AL-FATEHA )

* Eyyaka nabudu wa eyyaka nustaeen
* Ghae-ril mughdube alaehim

Thanks Palestinian for that link .

Allah-Hu Kulle Shaein Qadeer
Sana .

Look at this sentence , it is too simple consists of letter alef أ , lam. ل , haa ه
لا اله الا اللا الله La Elaha Illa Allah
لا la ا ل ه Elaha ا لا Ella ا ل ل ه Allah
لا lam alef the letter is pronounced la and consists of lam and alef
only four letters consists the the five words of this sentence but it worth too much
it means there is only God no God except Allah
that is the (tawh حeed ) means no partner except Allah (no son no wife no relative. Only Allah. it is the most worthy words you can feel it in your heart
