Hey,
you can post in the discussion boards by any language you want not only these 4 languages.
if you have noticed that these 4 languages are the languages which is TIG translated to.

i personally think its a good idea because not everyone speaks english, however i think that some people might not understand what others are talking about so it's also better to speak the same language.
