Children below the age of 16 are usually submited to child abuse..as u may all be well aware child abise is a horrible thing that is done not only by men but women as well..
you must be severally sick minded to commit this crime. This crime is even worse than murdere because once a you mudere a person he dies & that is the end of it. But abusing a young boy or girl will create them their worst memory & it will haunt them for the rest of their inoccent lives...[quote]'Once a scar is left on ones skin, it can be seen by him/her for the rest of his/her life'.
But through out the year 2009-2010 the amount of Rapists,Prostitutes & Womanizers had reduced drastically. Hopefuly the year 2010 will be an even better year than 2009.

i agree with you because i think the mental scar that stays on your mind after u get abused will stay on for the rest of your life...and this is going to affect drastically on your life....
im glad to hear that according to ur stats that these are gradually decreasing..

Year, I couldn't agree with you more. However, we will be very much helpful when using our protection and love to those poor children. We can talk to them to soften their mental injury, play with them, give them love and hope

yes...we should get close to them and make them happy and always be with them...thats the main thing tat can ressolve this mental patch atleast slightly...
Also strict action should be taken on abusers...coz affecting the mentality of a child is extremely harmful for the society..as they are the future of our world..

child abuse has many affects on children and when they grow up, they were raised being abused and when they are older they do the same thing to there children. child abuse has become a major issue in the U.S. today.
