Her business, L.O.T.U.S. Wellness Centre, is a unique retail service concept that includes:
1) a yoga and meditation studio
2) a healing annex for holistic healers to practice out of, and
3) an organic juice bar that will include a small retail area featuring a line of hemp yoga ware and other yoga props and accessories.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Youth Entrepreneurship Program at the Institute for Enterprise Education in St.Catharines, Ontario, Canada. As well, she is an active member of the Ontario Federation of Yoga Teachers and is certified in the Sivananda tradition.A student of Luang Phor Viriyang Sirintharo of the Willpower Institute Meditation Centre, Jennifer teaches a simple yet powerful form of walking and seated meditation. She is also a founding member of Earthmothers (www.earthmothers.ca)
