Has anyone noticed that sexism and racism are related?

Has anybody noticed this? I mean do you thing sometimes sexism is accepted just because you are from a certain race. Like when britney spears started to start dressing sexy, everybody came on her, how she was supposed to be a role model for girls everywhere. But why is it when someone like Beyonce came on the scene, who dress sexier everyday, no body says anything? Is it because, people believe that one race, should be sexier, and its no problem but if another race does it is wrong? What are your thoughts ( I have no problem against Beyonce or britneey spears)
