An Apple A Day

Its of much truth that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Querry is, how many people in the developing countries can afford an apple?
In my country, 4 apples go for $1. This amount is hugher than what many people in those countries earn per day. Can they afford the apple?
But i have used the apple here symbolically. Good food is good for one's health. Many people are way below affording a decent balanced meal and thus they are exposed to many unnamed disiesed caused by malnutrition.
To foght ant health problem, we habe to prevent disieses first. We should do thios by providing good food to our populations thus making them productive.
Even those fighting HIV/AIDS have resorted to antiretroviral therapy that included good food.

However, just because you can't afford an apple(no offense),doesn't mean you could change this.
what are you planning to do about providing more good
food for our country?I suggest start by earn more money!(obviously)

yes, good food is for good health. But most people can't afford it, because thier job doesn't pay enough because they don't have better education. Perhaps if we get more schooling in these regions, perhaps poverty can be averted and food can come. Its all a cycle and its the only way of preventing this.

Yes good food is good health, and too bad one of the best foods for good health is too expensive for most people........so what?
Tell me how many have died as a result of apple malnutrition? None that i know of...... I think the perfect way to good health starts from the soul and heart not just food, and we all know foods for the soul, viz:, worshiping God, music, rest, and so on...... when we try to do this things i bet you we shall find good health, food is only for physical growth, which is secondary when talking about good health.

Its good to talk about food for soul like worshipping, music, rest and many others but thats just a philosophical view of life. For the body to function, you need to eat and eat well. I think food for the soul comes later after food for the stomach.
