Because workers comp is used frequently by corporations in
an effort to dictate their own government and since news
articles have openly expressed that doctors where using the
program to recover high mal practice insurance rates , it
appears that wokers comp in the U. S. has turned into nothing more than a program of massive insurance fraud and a program of socialology !
With a policy of ,I'm just not going to pay you because your poor , the insurance companies have only added to the
duplicity of the program !
In the long run , State Vocational Rehabilatation Programs
and Social Security end up being the long term providers of
the program and it would only seem right that they become
the benificaries of the premiums for workers comp !
What really needs to be addressed is -
(a) Corporate America shouldn't benifit from fraud.
(b) The American government should police instead of endorsing the U. S. Corporate program of Kill The Disabled.

Workers Comp

Ever since Workers Comp began, employees have taken advantage of it.
Before this, if one was injured to the point that they couldn’t perform the duties required, they would have to find another source of income. With today’s lawsuit hungry society, Workers Comp only brings forth more chaos for employee’s, employers, insurance companies and even lawyers. With a better system of recording and verifying the incidents, the corporate America could stay clear of all insurance frauds. This way the tax payers money would be put toward the actual “disabled” instead of the freeloaders.

No matter where you go in America the corporations are refusing to pay any benefits to workers comp claims unless their alined together in the community such as the Masons or something and the ones they do end up paying end up on a video segment of 20 /20 moving heavy machinery with their bad back. Its just amazing how that works out. You ever see 20 / 20 do a segment of the way corporations and the AMA seeks to extort and rob people who have become disabled under workers comp. I've talked to lawyers who find the difference between medical diagnoses for workers comp claims between the states laughable. For example: If you get hurt in Kentucky the doctors in that state might tell your injury is psychological. If you go to Ohio with the same exact injury and you sign a waiver that they won't have to testify - their set your broken bone in a cast. If they ever do testify their entire testimony is dismissed to the in state doctors. I even know of one attorneys who's whole approach on workers comp was to have his client socially comply with the doctors diagnoses of their injury being psychological in nature because he could receive up to 25 or 30 thousand dollars more for the same injury. Unbelievable !
I lived next door to a women who's doctor tied her down to a bed and continually slammed her injured hand down yelling - you want me to fix it - you want me to fix it. She was later tracked down and beaten with chains in the street and raped. A hand injury in workers comp would only probably of payed somewhere around 3 or 4 thousand dollars and this wouldn't even cover their loss wages. The compensation charts on injuries for workman comp are extremely low and of course theirs no pain and suffering or harassment and etc. These kind of stories related to workers comp are pretty common. Theirs something odd about a program of disability that has a medical propensity to try to force people into psychiatry while Corporate America tries to force the person into starvation and even prison by listing their claimant as a theft and provoking a process of character assassination and harassment. To cripple people and then set out on a mission of retribution because you disabled them is a lit bit more than a program of social insurance. These people would be better off with a choice to decline being covered by workers comp so that their families and lifes wouldn't be destroyed if they became disabled.
