I'm a double amputee living in the USA ! If the government doesn't like you or your ethnic background they work constantly to lock you out of the system ! I pay for Medicare but I can't use my insurance to purchase durable medical equipment and must purchase these products out of my own pocket! My wheelchair is 11 years old and my artificial legs are nearly as old ! The program is set up in the U.S. just like it is in most communist countries ! If your an inner member of society , the government and the corporations are quick to provide you your medical equipment. If your not , it's a constant quagmire of excuses about them losing your paper work or an endless process of having your claims denied by Medicare. It becomes a more frightning process when it comes to health care ! Currently they don't pay for most cancer and other life saving drugs. The fate of many have landed in this endless sea of greed and corruption ! In 2004 over 47 million people in the U. S. did not have insurance. The health insurance rates in America are so high that even upper middle class familes have a hard time affording them. The insurance company profit margins are the highest in the world and most countries find this appauling. Inner members have a vastly different idealogy of our health care system and defend it virgiously as long as they are the sole profiteers from it and the system ! Greed - Greed - Greed - Greed !
