m-commerce: let me know what do you have in your country?

Dear Friends:
I'm working on an m-commerce project where we plan to combine credit card with mobile phones.This idea was selected as on of the best ideas in a local IT Business Idea competition but we are yet to implement it due to lack of regulatory support as our existing financial law is yet to support these.
I know one m-commerce service in Hong Kong named VARIFIED BY VISA, but I need to more on this and others.
Could you please tell me what kind of such m-commerce facilities, combining your mobile with credit card and bank account, you have in your country? Or let be any kind of m-commerce service.
May be, I can learn from you and pick some best practice to replicate in Bangladesh.
